Once you have filled out our application, please create a username and password for the website, so that we can transfer your user account to wholesale buyer status. Please use the email address that you would like to be associated with any future wholesale order information, and please be sure to write down your Thimblepress username and password for your reference. We will approve your account and send a confirmation email your way within 48 hours.

All order payments are required prior to shipping, either through check, PayPal or credit card. Net 30 terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with Thimblepress, but will be assessed a $75 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks subject to $20 fee. Orders paid by check will only ship once check is cleared. (If/when placing order through thimblepress.com your shipping payment will be calculated post-purchase as we strive to provide the best pricing and most accurate rates we can find.)
We strive to get orders out as fast as we can. Please keep in mind that a majority of our items are hand-made and hand-assembled in our studio with much love! The average order processing time is 2-4 weeks from order date. This does not include the shipping and delivery time of 2-7 business days. Please allow extra time for international orders. Feel free to contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING
Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. All prints come wrapped in cello sleeves with a cardboard backing. Greeting card box sets come packaged in a custom paper and clear top box. Single cards come in a clear cello sleeve. All items are retail ready and have labeling and packaging to clearly identify the product.
All Thimblepress® products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up. Unfortunately, if you do not comply it may end up in account termination. If you have any questions regarding the way our items are packaged or need display ideas, feel free to email us at wholesale @thimblepress.com.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We ask that all changes to your order be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. Any returns to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued up to a 20% restocking fee for the items restocked. If a restocking fee is issued, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total. Merchandise that has been mistakenly shipped or any returns must be emailed to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of notifying us by email. All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled, and no price stickers.
You can apply for a wholesale account with Thimblepress® (and have access to our current line sheet and catalog) by filling out THIS FORM. If you have already been set up as a wholesale buyer, simply log in to your account and shop online at the wholesale rate. Please be mindful of our minimum quantity requirements when ordering. Online or catalog retailers carrying Thimblepress® products are required to include the Thimblepress® name in the product title or in the product description. This is a requirement for selling our products online or in catalog.
ONLINE ACCOUNT SET-UP
Please email your order and resale certificate / retail license to email@example.com. Once you fill out the form, make sure to create a user account for the website so that we can transfer your account status to a wholesale buyer. For your username, please use the email address that you would like to be linked to your future wholesale orders. Once we approve your wholesale status on the website, you will be able to login and shop our website with wholesale pricing. If you are more comfortable sending in your order via email instead of the website, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRODUCT IMAGES & USAGE
If you would like to use Thimblepress® product photography to market Thimblepress® products you must be an approved Thimblepress® retailer. If you are an approved retailer please FILL OUT THIS FORM to submit your request to access our product and lifestyle images. This form needs to be filled out for any Thimblepress® photo or logo use. Failure to do so will result in intellectual property & copyright infringement.
Make sure after you submit your form to continue on the next page to review our restrictions, processes and suggestions for using our copyright images. Please note that our product images and lifestyle images we send to you can only specifically be used to market our products. Images cannot be used on your website as banner images unless our product is named and featured alongside the lifestyle image. As much as we love seeing it on there, we simply cannot legally allow it. The photography rights provided to us only extends to the marketing of our products and for the Thimblepress® site. Also, all Thimblepress® products being sold online must state: “created by Thimblepress®”.
We would love to know if you plan on seeking national or online press for your store using Thimblepress® products. We want to make sure the lines of communication stay clear with our media outlets and no conflicts arise. If you could give us a heads up when proceeding with national or online press that would be awesome! If you receive press for your store using our products that’s AWESOME, but please credit “Thimblepress®” for the items used and inform us of the media outlet, date, and any web addresses if applicable.
